Yes, the quotation marks are meant to be scare quotes. For today, we’re seeing two more concrete examples of how the government isn’t competent to be in charge of your health care. Which is Damn Scary given that ObamaCare hasn’t been repealed yet. So relax a while, and dig these two news items from today:
