Kids Revolt Over School Lunches

Finally, the children are beginning to awaken from their “Hope & Change” induced comas.  What did it take?  Food, what else, they’re  kids!  The kids ain’t liking Michelle Obama’s school lunch regimen, and now we have the YouTube video to prove it.

Your Own Choco Dog

Chef Pete says, “Try this for Dinner with the kids”.

Ingredients:

6 Frozen Corn Dogs (If you’re feeling adventurous you can make your own corn dogs from scratch)

12 ounces Bittersweet Baking Chocolate

Sprinkles

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the corn dogs on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and bake for 16-20 minutes. Let corn dogs cool completely.

Heat the chocolate on the stove or in the microwave until melted. Dip the corn dogs in the chocolate and coat with sprinkles.

Eat immediately or place in fridge until chocolate is hard.

Um, what was this post going to address?  Oh yeah.  Apparently, the lovable SpongeBob Squarepants is some kind of Svengali who saps your childrens’ ability to concentrate:

The cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants is in hot water from a study suggesting that watching just nine minutes of that program can cause short-term attention and learning problems in 4-year-olds.
